Yes it is true unf. I have 16 Cherokee KL ( see my post on it ) and i have had issues and working with FCA to get it fixed has been absolute nightmare. FCA has worst customer service in the industry along with bad reputation for reliability. As for GC my Neighbor bought a 2017 GC Summit in spite of my warning about Jeep.

Anecdotes aside, the Cherokee does have a lower reliability rating than average. Grand Cherokee or Wrangler are the only Jeeps I would consider. Thank you. Starting to agree. If you want a Jeep Iād go grand Cherokee. Just more reliable and much better quality. Subaruās are great if taken care of.
